RAIL SUPPORT DEVICE AND UNDERLAYING CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CONCRETE ROAD BED TRACK USED THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail support device which can correspond to various underlaying executions of a concrete road bed track and can ensure tilting of a rail and fix to a rail easily so as to increase the efficiency of the underlaying execution. ;SOLUTION: A rail support device has a rail support plate 6 provided with support faces 5 (5a, 5b) which are tilted in accordance with tilting of a rail 2. Male screw parts 16, 16 of support bolts 9, 9 are screwed in screw holes provided on inner and outer end sides of the rail support plate 6 to adjust a height of the rail support plate 6 by changing the screwing condition. Moreover, a pressing part 11 on inner side and a pressing part 12 on outer side which press a top face of a bottom part 3 of the rail are provided independently from the support bolts 9 to fix the rail 2 on the rail support plate 6. The rail support 6 can be separated from the rail 2 by releasing the pressing by means of the inner and outer pressing parts 11, 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
