PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-purpose processing oven wherein carbonized prod uct of a bamboo material is obtd. and vaporized components are condensed and recovered by utilizing generated smoke and gas of burning and simultaneous ly, a smoking product of the bamboo material is produced. ;SOLUTION: A smoking chamber 22 adjoining a combustion chamber 2 provided with a firing mouth 10 is placed and a flue is provided so as to connect both chambers and a damper is provided in this flue and a control device 21 for controlling direction, amt. and temp. of smoke and gas on burning is provided and the flue is made to branch to provide a cooling device 16 for cooling the smoke and the gas on burning and a bamboo material processed product is produced by a bamboo processing oven wherein the combustion chamber 2 alone or combined use of it with the smoking chamber 22 is possible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
