DATA BASE DEVICE, DATA BASE CUSTOMIZING METHOD, DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL DEVICE AND RETRIEVED INFORMATION REGISTERING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily customize a data base by reading the data to be displayed in a field out of a data storage to display them in the field and also storing the data inputted to every field at a prescribed position of the data storage. SOLUTION: The individual information (information on an original screen 5) is separated from the information which is not dependent on a data base for every data base, and the corresponding relation between both types of information is defined on a relative information table 14. The table 14 contains the relative information between an identifier of the area (field) of the screen 5 where data are shown and the name of data shot in the field. Thus, the correspondence is secured between the data stored in a data storage part 13 and the field where the data are shown by a common data base 15 and the table 14 via the data name. In such a constitution, the data base can be easily customized.
