PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concretely experience a difference in hearing by setting the age, sex, and hearing artificial experience of an experienced person to desired age and sex of the age in detail. ;SOLUTION: A calculating means 3 calculates differences (correction quantity) of a mean hearing level of the experienced person from inputted desired age and sex of hearing artificial experience by frequency bands, and calculates a filter coefficient according to the correction quantities and supplies it to a source sound processing means 4. The source sound processing means 4 is equipped with an acoustic digital filter, the filter coefficient calculated by the calculating means 3 is set in the acoustic digital filter, and an attenuating process is performed the based on the attenuation quantities by the frequency bands for source sound information supplied from a source sound recording and reproducing means 1, so that a processed sound signal is outputted. A sound generating means 5 is equipped with an amplifier 6 which amplifies the processed sound signal with a specific amplification factor and the sound signal supplied from the amplifier 6 is transduced into sound energy, which is radiated as a reproduced sound to the outside by a speaker.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
