PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately and also accurately decide the possibility of parallel processing of a menu operation and to make a graphic creation work efficient. ;SOLUTION: This system which has a master system 1 that carries out a menu operation and a slave system 2 which judges whether the menu operation can be started or not, and the slave system which is a multi menu system that is provided with a message queue managing part 21 which successively receives and outputs menu start instruction data that includes a menu selection number from the master system, a data storing means 22 which stores judgement reference data that is related to a menu operation, a menu start deciding means 23 which judges whether it can be started or not based on the judgement reference data, a substitute menu selecting means 24 which replaces a menu when it is decided that it can not started and load checking means 22 and 24 which perform load check of the substitute menu to be selected and send it to the master system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
