PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for collecting a large amount of shortnecked calms in a sandbank of a beach. ;SOLUTION: This machine comprises a constitution in which a traction frame is connected to a hitch 10 of a tractor 9 and a backward drive revolving shaft 11 of the tractor 9 is linked through universal joints 12 and 13 to an input shaft 14 of the tractor frame. In the constitution, supporting wheels 2 are installed at the rear of the tractor frame and a shellfish raking conveyor 3 inclining downward to the front is laid at the front of the tractor frame. A drainboard screen 4 in the longitudinal direction is set at the back of the raking side of the conveyor 3. The conveyor 3 is equipped with a rubber plate 5, to be brought into contact with the screen 4 in the lateral direction. A shellfish raking up tine 6 is projected, at the front end of the rubber plate 5, ahead the conveyor 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
