PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To train virilia so that premature ejaculation is prevented and the duration of erection is prolonged. ;SOLUTION: The base of a circular stool 8 is formed from a lower peripheral part 6 and an upper peripheral part 7, and a draining hole 1 is furnished in the center of a left gluteal region receptacle 4 while another 2 is furnished in the center of a right gluteal region receptacles 5. When a man sets his nates on this stool, the draining holes are blocked with his nates so that a water sump 3 formed in front of the nates is filled with cold or warm water, and the whole virilia are covered with the water.
