PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow with configuration which enables turning easily and also is provided with a shape being suitable for a figure at the time of lying on one's back and one's side, which is required for keeping a natural figure in order to midigate the burden of a body since the body is burdened by means of an unnatural figure under nonconsciousness while sleeping. ;SOLUTION: A head pillow with configuration provided with a rear head part cervical vertebrae pillow in a neck and arm part pillow and a side head part pillow coated by elastic bodies 2 and 8 having a core bar 1 in a center part and by which turning is executed by the principle of a lever while pinching a head part and a neck part and a waist pillow consisting of a large bag body and a small bag body are used. Or a summer head pillow where a neck height adjusting part, a rear head height adjusting part k and a side head height adjusting part provided with the elastic bodies 2 and 8 required for shape change are provided on the base surface of the head part and also a part from cervical vertebrae to thoracic vertebrae is provided and the waist pillow are used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
