PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can surely prevent dew from being formed in a room having very high humidity, reduce operation costs, and provides a pleasant environment without uncomfortable feeling due to noises or the like in the operation thereof to. ;SOLUTION: In the ceiling dew-formation preventing system, one or more ceiling panels PN which are laid over the entire surface of the ceiling of a room and have pipes CD on the surfaces thereof so that heat is imparted to the panels by causing heat medium to flow through the pipes and which are comprised of plates made of material having good heat conductivity are provided. And there are provided an existing heat source HS which is provided in the room or near the room and has a heat medium having a temperature higher than the dew point of the room, a heat exchanger HE in which the heat medium of the source HS is led to the primary side of the exchanger to transfer the heat of the medium on the primary side to the heat medium on the secondary side, and a secondary side heat medium circulation mechanism which has conduit L1, L2 and a pump P2 to send the heat medium on the secondary side to the panels PN from the exchanger HE and return it to the exchanger HE from the panels PN.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
