PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect tea trees from frost damage without adverse effect on the scene around the tea garden by setting a support rod to a cylinder buried in the ground to set a defrosting fan to the support rod and allow the fan blow the air in a prescribed direction by utilizing the free rotation of the support. ;SOLUTION: This deforesting fan 4 is constituted with a stand 41 (the oscillating device) housing a motor for oscillation, members therefor, a motor base 43 for adjusting the depression angle, mounted to the shaft 42 standing from the stand 41, a motor 44 for driving the fan set on the motor base 43, a fan 45 detachably attached to the power shaft 44a of this motor 44 and a security guard 46 set to the motor 44.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
