PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent K type fading and to facilitate direction adjustment concerning a reflected wave preventing antenna, direction adjusting method for the same and measuring method for K. ;SOLUTION: When the electric lengths of reflected waves made incident to 1st and 2nd antennas SD and R consisting of the reflected wave preventing antenna are respectively defined as ld1 and ld2, the lengths of 1st and 2nd power feeding lines connecting a synthesizer and the 1st and 2nd antennas are respectively defined as l1 and l2, the wavelength of radio wave received by the 1st and 2nd antennas is defined as λ and a wavelength shortening rate on the 1st and 2nd power feeding lines is defined as C, the condition of ld2+(1/C) l2-(1/2)×λ=ld1+(1/C)l1 is established. Further, the wave surfaces of 1st and 2nd antennas are made different and the difference of height between these antennas is set to the half pitch quantity of wavelength λ of received radio wave or any other quantity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
