PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the setting length of a lateral center column by unitedly providing a horizontal plate on the pile head side of a lateral center column buriedly provided in a cast-in-place concrete pile, and erectedly providing a studbolt in a thin part at least lower than the horizontal plate of the lateral center column. SOLUTION: A horizontal plate 5 is joined near the pile head side 3 of a lateral center column 1. A stud bolt 6 is erectedly provided on the lower side of the horizontal plate 5. After a cast-in-place concrete pile 2 is previously drivenly provided in an underground excavated hole 7, the column 1 is inserted before hardening of concrete. In this case, the horizontal plate 5 provided on the column 1 carrys out bearing function against axial force acting from an upper structure to a concrete pile 2 to improve the transmitting function of the axial force. Thus, the setting length in the column leg part of the column can be shortened more, and the number of the stud bolts to be erectedly provided on the column can be more reduced in comparison with a usual case.
