PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge an application range by making the shaft of a winder with a slide groove and changing over engagement of a bevel gear to be contacted and separated. ;SOLUTION: A winding-in and winding-out pipe 60 is connected to a winding-in and winding-out shaft 59 projected from the side of a winder, rotation of a shaft with a slide groove 2 is made 8 revolutions for one revolution of the shaft 59, and a rotation ratio with a bevel gear 38 engaged with a bevel gear with a groove 9 mounted on the shaft 2 shows 1:1. When a handle hung on a handle receiver 5 is rotated, the bevel gear 38 engaged with the bevel gear with the groove 9 is rotated at a ratio of 1;1, and the shaft 59 is rotated at the ratio of 1:1 in the case of double engagement of a change-over device. In the case of single engagement of the change-over, the bevel gear with the groove 9 pushes up a spring by a change-over board to be slid upward, engagement of the bevel gear with the groove 9 and the bevel gear 38 is separated from each other, and only the shaft 59 is rotated at a ratio of 1:8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
