PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a conventional problem such that elongated metal pieces, strings, fabrics, fiber refuse or the like mixed with waste plastics are left in finely ground waste plastic of ground products in a conventional crushing and sorting system to clog an extrusion molding die and molding becomes impossible and overload is applied to an extrusion molding machine. ;SOLUTION: Lumps or rods are put in a container and a raw material is charged in the container in a vibrated state. Concretely, a vibration mill 14 is used. The raw material is treated in the order of a shearing crusher 2b, a vibration screen 4, a primary magnetic separator 6, an aluminium sorter 8, an impact shearing type crusher 11, a secondary magnetic separator 12, the vibration mill 14, a wind sorter 15, a cyclone 17, a quantitative feeder 22, conveyors 23, 24 and bankers 25A, 25B.
