PURPOSE:To eliminate troubles to the work after reclamation and to realize the integration of reclamation filling matter by providing a sandbag which disappears after reclamation, and performing reclamation by using the sandbag filled with filling matter. CONSTITUTION:A sandbag 1a is fabricated by using biodegradable plastics. As the biodegradable plastics, microorganism producing polyester plastics or biologically collapsing plastics (ex. starch-mixing polyethylene) is used. The sandbag is filled with, for example, hardening foundation material, and thrown in and piled in sea for the reclamation for revetment or wave absorbing embankment.
