LENGTHY NATURAL RUBBER LATEX FILM, CYLINDER FOR MAKING RUBBER LATEX FILM, AND MANUFACTURE OF RUBBER LATEX FILM USING THE CYLINDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the secondary working of a lengthy natural rubber latex film by a method in which the thickness is not exceeding a specified value, the length is not less than a specified value, the variable breadth of the thickness to a set thickness is in a specified range. ;SOLUTION: Part of the side of a cylinder 3 is directly immersed in rubber latex liquid 2 with which a tank 1 is filled. Next, the cylinder is rotated in a given direction, and a film (lengthy natural rubber latex) 4 is formed on the side. The side of the cylinder 3, since it has a function as a drying means to prevent the coagulation of the rubber, is kept at 35-70°C. In the film 4, the thickness is 0.3mm or less, the length is 20m or more, and the variable breadth of the thickness to a set thickness is within ±15%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
