PURPOSE:To make the title sheet and bag which are inactive, free from any eluated component, transparent, moderately flexible, and durable to high pressure steam sterilization by using at least one layer comprising a linear low density polyethylene as a main ingredient and at least one layer comprising an amorphous or low crystalline 1-olefin copolymer resin and a linear low density polyethylene as main ingredients as another layer. CONSTITUTION:A linear low density polyethylene used for both layers, namely one layer and another layer may be not only an ethylene homopolymer but a copolymer of ethylene and 1-butene, 1-hexene, 4-methylpentene or octene-1. The ratio of 1-olefin copolymer resin and linear low density polyethylene constituting another layer is 30-90wt.% 1-olefin copolymer resin and 70-10wt.% linear low density polyethylene. As a multi-layered sheet for medical use, another layer may be constituted into furthermore multi-layered one. It is thereby possible to obtain a multi-layred sheet for medical use with excellent heat resistance, transparency, moderate flexibility and safety and being easily sealable.
