PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to feed all of water, power, and information to one circuit, and to absorb the heating of a conductor so as to allow to increase the power transmission capacity of a cable. ;SOLUTION: On a core made by extruding and covering an inner semiconductive layer 2; an insulator 3; and an outer semiconductor 4; simultaneously on a conductor 1, a shield layer 5 is applied, the cores are stranded together with cables 7 for transmission, and an inclusion 6, and a water shield layer 8; a sheath 9; a protective layer 10; a water supply pipe 11; a protective layer 12; a seat floor 13; an iron wire clincher 14; and a seat floor 15; are provided in this order. And when such a submarine cable is used, a water-proof compound and a vinyl cap are applied on one side end, while a water supply pump or a pressure pump is installed to the other side end, and the water is filled in the water supply pipe 11 to transport the water, or the air pressure in the water supply pump is made constant so as to transport the water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
