PURPOSE:To obtain a drawn molded strand, having an abundant air layer in the interior and a fibrous surface and able to provide a woven fabric capable of heat transfer printing by passing a flat yarn made of a polyolefin through a nozzle, drawing the yarn and heat-treating the surface. CONSTITUTION:A flat yarn 4 made of a polyolefin is passed through a nozzle 6 of a heat-treating plate 7, drawn and simultaneously heat-treated to provide a drawn molded strand 1 having an abundant air layer in the interior thereof and a fibrous surface. The resultant drawn molded strand is preferably woven on a heat transfer printing surface using a hollow or flat yarn made of a polyolefin on the back side to afford a heat transfer printed woven fabric without curing the surface in the form of a board.
