PURPOSE: To form a layer in which a ground hardening material is injected using horizontally laid reinforcing bars as the core and also form an injected hardening material layer which uses a spread bundle of reinforcing bars as the core. ;CONSTITUTION: Reinforcing bars 21 and a ring-shaped injection pipe surrounding them are inserted into the ground to be developed, and the pipe is rotated and retreated while a ground hardening material is injected with a high pressure from a nozzle furnished on the side wall of the injection pipe at its foremost part, and thereby a layer, in which the ground hardening material is injected, is formed wherein a plurality of reinforcing bars are used as the core. A wedge 51 is driven and propelled in the core part while the layer remains unhardened, and thereby the bundle of reinforcing bars is spread, and then a bind frame 52 installed in connection with the tail of the foremost wedge part shaped conically is inserted to the bundle of bars 21 to be spread by propulsion of the wedge part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
