Describes a process and a pyrolysis device and decoking continuously in order to produce acetylenic compounds in which is circulated of hydrocarbons and steam in at least one tube (31) of a reactor of the steam cracking (30) and water vapour in at least one tube (32) of the reactor. The effluent of hydrocarbons and steam flowing in at least one row (1) of a pyrolysis reactor (40) and the effluent of decoking of the steam circulates in at least one other row (2) of this reactor (40), the decoking. By a set of valves v1, v2, v11, v12 is alternated the passage of the step of pyrolysis and the step of decoking. The temperature of the steam cracking furnaces is lower than that of the pyrolysis reactor.
