The heating surface (6) parallel on the liquid side to the condenser surfaces (5) is inserted on the gas side between the inlet (3) and outlet (4) collector. The pipe coils enclose at least two sides of the condenser heating surfaces. The pipe coils of the pre-heating surface (6) possess less flow resistance than the condenser heating surfaces, because of the fewer curves and flue gas intersections. The joint outlet collector shared with the condenser heating surface is connected to the cylindrical boiler shell (1) by means of connecting pipes (7).
