TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a wastewater treatment apparatus using an anaerobic-aerobic two-stage biofilm reactor packed with a waste tire, and a treatment method of a refractory wastewater using the same. The wastewater treatment apparatus of the present invention comprises (i) an inflow water tank for containing biodegradable material; (ii) an anaerobic biofilm reactor filled with waste tire flakes for primary treatment of incoming wastewater; (iii) a methane gas collection tank for collecting methane gas generated in the electro anaerobic biofilm reactor; (iv) aerobic biofilm reactor packed with waste tire flakes for secondary treatment leading to complete degradation of the intermediate treated first in the anaerobic biofilm reactor; And (v) an effluent collecting tank for collecting effluent discharged from the aerobic biofilm reactor.
