COMPOUND FOR POWER CONSTRUCTION ARTICLES AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF POWER CONSTRUCTION ARTICLES ON ITS BASE

FIELD: manufacturing of power construction articles. SUBSTANCE: compound comprises epoxy diane resin, hardening agent and filler. Polyethylene polyamine orto-carborane being prepared by interaction of ortho-carborane (its quantity is 12 wt. pts) and polyethylene polyamine (its quantity is 100 wt. pts) is used as hardening agent; carbonile ferrum is used as filler. Power construction articles are prepared by separate mixing of resin and hardening agent with carbonyl ferrum, followed by vacuum evaporation, hardening (which takes place at normal conditions) and by heat treatment together with sustaining. The latter processes are carried out within 5 h at 50 C, within 5 h at 150 C and within 5 h at 200 C. EFFECT: improved quality of desired product, improved efficiency of the method. 3 cl, 2 tbl
