PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost of a raw material for a main material and to improve a pneumatic conveyance property and spraying efficiency. ;SOLUTION: Natural inorganic borrow is used as a main material, and a material containing a water absorbing material is used as a tree planting foundation bed material. Preferably, the water absorbing material contains 4 wt.% or more of baked pearlite per 10 wt.% of water content of the natural inorganic borrow or contains 9 wt.% or more of baked PS ash per 10 wt.% of water content of the natural inorganic borrow. Moreover, waste soil caused in civil engineering construction work is utilized as the natural inorganic borrow. Such tree planting foundation bend material is sprayed on a slope on which construction work is done by a dry spraying method in which the material is pneumatically conveyed and sprayed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
