(57) Abstract The sender node (8), when breakdown is detected, broadcasts the rehabilitation message which includes the summation identifier to the tandem node (2, 4, 6 and 12). The tandem node (2, 4, 6 and 12) when the rehabilitation message which arrives is detected searches the summation identifier of that rehabilitation message, at the wait (100 and 200) regarding the spare link which receives that rehabilitation message adjusts that summation identifier. The summation identifier which was adjusted re-is interposed in rehabilitation message, that message is broadcast to downstream. chiyuzanodo (10) compares the summation identifier of the rehabilitation message which is received, chooses the alternative root which possesses the best summation identifier.
