PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a T cell receptor chain protein useful for treatment for and diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus, etc., and applicable to patients suffering from autoimmune diseases. SOLUTION: This T cell receptor chain protein comprises an isolatedly refined amino acid residue of the formula or the substantially same amino acid as this and is used for patients suffering from autoimmune diseases. The other objective nucleic acid refined isolatedly is to contain gene encoding the T cell receptor chain protein or part thereof wherein the part comprises any sequences involved in signal transfer such as tyrosine residue, immune receptor tyrosine dependent activated motif or GTP/GDP bond sequence. Preferably, there are prepared diagnosis kits for autoimmune diseases by using the nucleic acid.
