Next, the space between the fiber reinforced concrete plate 1 and the repairing face 4 is filled with filler such as mortar or grout and hardened. At the filling, because the fitting hole 2 is blockaded with the head part 7 of the anchor bolt 6 and seal material, the filler 8 does not leak.
