PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have quick effect and excellent snow melting efficiency for directly heating a floor body, uniformly and wholly melt snow since heating is wholly performed, make a construction cost and a maintenance cost inexpensive and eliminate a leakage accident to a lower floor. ;SOLUTION: An opening for slit-like drainage 5 is formed by mutually separating a floor plate on a floor body 4 constituting a parking area body 1. A heat insulation space 6 is formed in the parking area body 1 by laying a heat insulation plate 7 in opposition to the floor body 4, and heating is performed up to about 15 degrees by disposing a radiator with a fin in which hot water is circulated and supplied from a hot water boiler. A drain gutter 11 is provided in opposition to the opening for the drainage 5 on the lower side of the floor body 4, and snow melting water or the like is drained to a drain ditch through an eaves gutter 13 and a drainage basin 14 from the drain gutter 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
