ACCOUNTING PROCESSOR, TRANSACTION DATA INPUT DEVICE, AND REGRESSIVE CORRECTING METHOD FOR ERROR DATA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct account data as well by making regression to source transaction data recorded by an enterprise management system and correcting it when an error is found on an accounting system side. ;SOLUTION: Operation processors like a device 100-1 for a sales management system and a device 100-2 for a purchasing management system are provided; and the input of transaction data, management material generation, etc., are performed, and the inputted transaction data are recorded in a transaction data file on respective device sides, and automatically sorted data are transferred to a sorted data file on an accounting processor 100'. If a person in charge of accounting finds an error in data, the data is pointed out on a screen and a regressive correcting processing means is actuated; and a transaction data input processing means for the corresponding operation takes the corresponding transaction data out of the transaction data file on the device, displays the data on a correction screen, and prompts correction input, thereby generating sorted data on the basis of the corrected sorted data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
