PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature extracting method which extracts active ingredients in japanese and chinese medicine preparation constitutive crude drugs without volatilizing and to obtain a drinkable solution containing the resultant low-temperature extractive crude drug extract as a major component. SOLUTION: The crude drug extract solution E is obtained by extraction- treating japanese and chinese medicine preparation constitutive crude drugs R with an aqueous solution S containing an organic acid such as citric acid, lactic acid or malic acid and sugars at a low-temperature of 5-10 deg.C and then adding vitamin C. The low-temperature extractive crude drug extract solution E is mixed with liquors A such as brandy, white liquor, japanese sake, ume liquor and fruit wine to obtain a drinkable solution D1 and with water or soda W to obtain diluted drinkable solution D2.
