PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compress and deform the plug body of a block plug so as to be pressed onto the inner surface of a concrete injection port and firmly mount the block plug by inserting a fastening bolt device to the plug body center part of the blocking plug made of an elastic body. ;SOLUTION: When a block plug (b) having a plug body 10 formed of an elastic body is inserted into a concrete injection port 5 after injecting concrete, and both side contact pieces of a locking plate 16 are touched to the inner surface of a tunnel segment 4, the outer part is protruded outward from the injection port 5. A fastening bolt 18 is inserted to the center holes of the locking plate 16, an inner washer 15, the plug body 10 and an outer washer 11, and screwed to a nut 13. When the fastening bolt 18 of the block plug (b) is fastened, the inner washer 15 and the outer washer 11 are compressed, whereby the plug body 10 is expanded and deformed in all directions, and pressed onto the inner surface of the injection port 5, and the outward protruding part is swollen from the injection port 5. Thus, the block plug (b) is firmly mounted by the pressing of the plug body 10 to the inner surface of the injection port 5 and the catching of the swollen body 19 by the tunnel segment even if a pressure is added from the concrete successively injected through the upper concrete injection port 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
