METHOD FOR SIMULATING PRODUCTION OF DRAWING OR PAINTING OF ARTIST AND DEVICE FOR ACHIEVING THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simulating the production of the drawing or painting of an artist by translating electronically stored images into instructions capable of producing a mock image and successively producing the mock images as an icon is moved across a monitor. ;SOLUTION: A software stationed in a computer 12 generates the icon, displays it on the monitor 18 and simulates the drawing or painting of mock output images by using the icon. The software also translates the electronically stored images into the instructions capable of producing the mock images. Then, by using the instructions, the icon is moved across the monitor 18. The images are gradually produced in a route followed up by the icon and the drawing or painting of the images by the icon is simulated. As a shape that the icon an take, imaginary images such as the hand of the artist holding a pencil or a paintbrush or an animal moved in relation with the monitor 18 or the like for instance are present.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
