Part of the dry sludge in the silo 12 is returned through a transporting pipe 13 to the granulating device 4. The amt. air is supplied by the operation of a fan through a filter 21, a regulating device 22 and a heating device 24 to the drying device 5. The process gaseous stream past the drying zone 6 is led out to the waste water tank 18 of the waste water purification equipment.
