TREATMENT OF WASTE GAS OF HOT DRYING PROCESS AND MORE PARTICULARLY SLUDGE DRYING PROCESS OF SEWER SLUDGE DRYING DEVICE AND EQUIPMENT FOR EXECUTION THIS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a running cost by introducing a process gaseous stream to the waste water tank of waste water purification equipment with equipment for removing the moisture in sewer sludge by the process gaseous stream of an adequate temp. and leading out the process gaseous stream contg. the thus generated moisture harmful to the environment to a hot drying process. SOLUTION: The sewer sludge 2 carried into a silo 1 is next sent through a pipeline 3 to a supplying device 4 which is a granulating device as well and is then fed in a hermetic state into the first drying zone 6 of a once-through drying device 5 consisting of plural drying zones 6 to 9. The sewer sludge 2 dried in this zone is placed in a granulated form on an endless cycling screen belt 10 and is discharged through an ejection device 11 to a silo 12. Part of the dry sludge in the silo 12 is returned through a transporting pipe 13 to the granulating device 4. The amt. air is supplied by the operation of a fan through a filter 21, a regulating device 22 and a heating device 24 to the drying device 5. The process gaseous stream past the drying zone 6 is led out to the waste water tank 18 of the waste water purification equipment.
