PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance patrol operation tabulating device capable of efficiently preparing a maintenance patrol operation table by using a computer and improving the reliability of information related to maintenance patrol operation. ;SOLUTION: A server 1 is provided with a client starting information storing part 1d for managing a client to which a maintenance patrol operation table is not sent yet out of clients 2, 3 and respective clients 2, 3 are provided with initial information storing parts 2D, 3D for storing information related to charges or groups for preparing maintenance patrol operation tables by respective clients 2, 3. When at least one of the clients 2, 3 confirms that the preparation result of the maintenance patrol operation table is not sent yet, the updating of data stored in the server 1 is interrupted and a message indicating the disablement of a data updating processing is displayed on the client side.
