PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly functional and highly accurate electronic circuit analysis system for efficiently analyzing an electronic circuit loaded with a CPU by simple constitution at a low cost. ;SOLUTION: This electronic circuit analysis system is provided with the first and second CPUs 110 and 112 of the same kind as the CPU loaded on a target 200, a power switch 116, a first driver/receiver 130, a storage device 120, a bus control part 150 and a detection part 160 and the analysis of the target 200 is executed by various conditions in the debugging process of the target 200 by selecting the first CPU 110 capable of accessing both of the storage device 120 and the target 200 and the second CPU 112 directly connected to the target by the first driver/receiver 130.
