BEDDINGS USING MOSO BAMBOO ACTIVATED CARBON PAD AND BATHING AGENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leaning of activated carbon by filling band-shaped bags consisting of ventilating nonwoven cloths with MOSO bamboo (phyllostachys heterocycla) activated carbon and fitting it to bedding. ;SOLUTION: The ventilating nonwoven cloths are superimposed, thermally sealed at interval in parallel with the short sides (7) and also thermally sealed in the long side part of the bottom part (8) so as to produce a body with a shape where long-sized bags are connected in a horizontal direction. Then, the upper opening ends 11 of the respective long-sized bags are opened and bamboo active carbon is filled from a bottom part through the opening part. Then, first thermal sealing 9 is executed in a longitudinal side direction and activated carbon is filled on it after that. Then, second thermal sealing 10 is executed in the longitudinal side direction. After that, third sealing and the fourth one are continuously executed and a mat-shaped bamboo activated carbon pad 6 where sealed parts form a checkerboard as a whole is produced. Thus, the leaning of activated carbon is prevented. Besides, blood circulation is enhanced, fatigue is recovered and health is promoted by phyllostachys heterocycla.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
