When using the crystalline epoxy resin and the spherical fine particle, these are present in the ratio of 99:1-20:80 in terms of weight and the fluidity of the heat-curable powder coating material can be controlled by regulating their blending quantities optionally. Especially, it is possible to control the melt flow properties by regulating the blending quantity of the crystalline epoxy resin optionally.
