PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect each numeric value of the temperature, blood pressure, and pulse of a resident in real time by transmitting an emergency information signal detected by each sensor to a bi-directional television community line through indoor terminal equipment installed in each room. SOLUTION: An indoor terminal equipment 5 discriminates and stores a signal generated by the pressing of a wireless call button 21, toilet call button 22, and bathroom call button 23 or the like, or by the activation of each sensor such as fire alarm sensor, life cycle sensor 25, and door lock sensor 4 installed in each room of a senior citizen's residence. A control CPU of the indoor terminal equipment 5 transmits the stored signal through an RF modem to a bi- directional television community line 19, and an emergency report managing device 6 receives it. The control CPU of the emergency report managing device 6 allows a buzzer to ring through a circuit control part and a switching circuit part, converts the inputted signal into a data signal, and transmits additional information data such as the number and emergency report section of the indoor terminal equipment 5 of a reporter to a data managing personal computer.
