PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the recycling of a concrete waste from generating a secondary pollution in a manufacturing method of a foundation bed fixing gravel of a building, or a base course material of the asphalt pavement where the concrete waste which is a construction waste is recycled. ;SOLUTION: A concrete waste which is a construction waste and raw stones are washed with water while sifting with a sieve of ≥4.75 mm in mesh, and pit-run gravel or crusher-run is added to selected gravel where the hydrogen ion concentration, the pH value, the silt content, and the grain size are regulated. In its manufacturing process, the hydrogen ion concentration of the concrete waste is set so as to satisfy the environmental standard on the preservation of the human life environment by preparing the selected gravel and pit-run gravel or crusher-run.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
