PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the tooth row positioning device for a dental X-ray tomograph capable of finely positioning the tooth row of a patient with reproducibility. ;SOLUTION: This device is provided with a tray 4 for an impression to which an impression material 3 for obtaining the impression of the occlusion state of the tooth row of the patient is attached, a mark attached to a specified part in the impression material 3 attached to the tray 4 for the impression, a mounting jig 10 movably and rotatably arranged to the positioning area of the patient in the dental X-ray tomograph provided with an X-ray source and an arm to which a film cassette or an X-ray sensor is mounted for attachably and detachably supporting the tray 3 for the impression and two light source parts for irradiating the positioning area of the patient with visible light beams from different directions. By crossing the visible light beams from the two light source parts at the position of the mark attached to the impression material 3 of the tray 4 for the impression supported by the mounting jig 10, positioning at the time of performing the tomography of the specified tooth of the patient using the X-ray source and the film cassette or the X-ray sensor of the dental X-ray tomograph is performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
