PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an individual selective calling receiver side from performing erroneous message omitted reporting by comparing the transmission number of the latest call with a detected transmission number and judging and reporting the transmission number for performing transmission. ;SOLUTION: Received, detected and demodulated radio signals are decoded in a decoding means 103, and in the case of detecting its own calling number in them, a series of numbers (transmission number) attached for respective calling numbers by a base station included in a reception message are detected. A transmission number non-succession judgement means 106 judges whether or not it is successive to the transmission number of an already reception-reported latest message, a transmission number inversion judgement means 107 judges whether or not it is inverted with the transmission number of the latest message and a transmission number difference judgement means 108 judges whether or not a difference with the transmission number of the already reception-reported latest message is larger than an optional numerical value set beforehand.
