PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of waste treatment in which effective treating method of liquid-like industrial waste derived from livestock feces and urine and washing of cattle shed is said not to be established and the treatment is too high load for treatment by bioplant and therefore, pool or the like is constructed and passive leaving is done under the present situation and it becomes environmentally social trouble. SOLUTION: An apparatus capable of practicing a liquid-like industrial waste distilling system in which dehumidifying system by gas refrigerant heat pump having low running cost is applied is provided and a material to be treated is separated into distilled water and dried residue by physical distillation method and possibilities of recycle of distilled water as a washing water and recycle of the residue by chemical treatment are provided.
