Clone seedling production methods of MaruYo eucalyptus

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing cloned seedlings of a round-leafed eucalyptus useful for a flower arrangement by culturing under a specific condi tion for suppressing their growth preceding to the growth by a tissue culture, and clone propagating with the tissue culture using an adult tree as a raw material. ;SOLUTION: This method for producing cloned seedlings of a round-leafed eucalyptus is to cut for collecting shoots generated from the adult tree of the round-leafed eucalyptus, preferably a material of ≥6 month old tree, lay them on a medium mixed with 0.2mg/l (preferably 0.01-0.1mg/l) kinetin and 0.1mg/l (preferably 0.01-0.05mg/l) 6-benzylaminopurine, and culture for ≥3 month with suppressing their growth.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
