PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multiple continuous formworks for a surface-decorative block and the manufacture of the surface-decorative block by utilizing these formworks wherein, when a decorative material for a surface-decorative block to be manufactured is changed, the replacement of foundation such as sand, which is accompanied by this change, can be easily performed and, moreover, the replacement of both of a face plate and an upper frame can be separately and easily performed, with regard to formworks which are used at the time of manufacturing a surface-decorative block by a method of casting stiff-consistency concrete. ;SOLUTION: These multiple continuous formworks 1 are used for molding concrete whose slump is at least 4 cm, and form a surface-decorative block in which decorative materials such as natural stones are exposed on the surface of the block. The formworks 1 comprise a plurality of face plates 2, each of which has a substantially tray-like form and is filled with foundation A, such as sand, for release from the formwork, frames 3 for setting these face plates 2 thereon so as to be arranged side by side, and a plurality of top forces 4 for being put on each of the face plates 2.
