PURPOSE:To enable to broil a bird body as an attraction and be satisfied with the atmosphere of ancient times and with the mature by removing viscera from a feather-removed bird body, thrusting a wooden piece into the bird body, setting the wooden piece in the ground, covering the bird body with a can, embedding the can in dry grasses and subsequently burning the dry grasses. CONSTITUTION:Viscera are removed from a preliminarily feather-removed bird body 1 and a wooden piece is thrusted into the bird body, followed by setting the wooden piece in the ground surface 4. The set bird body 1 is covered with a can 3, and dry grasses 5 are piled up around and on the can 3 to embed the can 3 in the dry grasses. The dry grasses are burnt to broil the bird body 1.
