"ANTI-SENSE OLIGONUCLEOTYDE, AND, PROCESSES TO INHIBIT HUMAN RAF EXPRESSION, CELL HYPERPROLIFERATION AND TO TREAT ABNORMAL PROLIFERATIVE CONDITION". Oligonicleotides are provided that target nucleic acids encoding human c-raf and capable of inhibiting raf expression. Oligonucleotides contain a methoxyethoxy modification (2'-O-CH ~ 2 ~ CH ~ 2 ~ OCH ~ 3 ~) at the 2 'position of at least one nucleotide. Processes for inhibiting human raf expression using oligonucleotides of the invention are also provided. This invention also encompasses methods of inhibiting cell hyperproliferation and processes for treating abnormal proliferative conditions using oligonucleotides of the invention.
