A process for ONBTENER A non-aqueous dispersion copper phthalocyanine (CUPC) which is to put CUPC GROUND PURA in a liquid high boiling at a temperature of 50 to 150 C in prsencia A Polyesteramine O Polyesterammonium salt and an agent liquefaction CuPc. Polyesterammonium preferably the salt is obtained by reacting polyhydroxy ACID WITH 3DIMETILAMINOPROPILAMINA quaternized with dimethyl sulfate.
