Application of subtractive hybridization in screening for colore ctal cancer negatively related gene

摘要

The application discloses a novel gene (HSU17714) which is down-regulated in colorectal cancer and with full length 3168bp. The gene was found to be located on human chromosome 22q13. The nucleic acid count is 964A, 582C, 680G, 942T. The new gene can be further investigated in the pathogenesis of colorectal carcinoma and clinically used for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
