摘要
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a two-phase flow circuit applied to a heat exchanger or an air conditioning refrigerator, and includes a loop-type thermosyphon in which a flow rate in a vessel of a heatlife circulates according to a heat load by a heating amount in a heating unit. The present invention relates to a flow instability control device for a circulating loop thermosiphon / heat pipe that allows a flow to flow stably in one direction with respect to a two-phase flow circulation circuit.;In the two-phase flow, the volume change of the working fluid is shown by heating and cooling. Therefore, there are various types of thermo-hydraulic instability depending on the circuit geometry, the properties of the working fluid, and the operating conditions such as heating and cooling methods. It has a decisive influence on the performance of the system.;In the present invention, the single-phase circulating flow flowing from the condensation part, which is the condensation returning environment, in the evaporation part of the loop type heat siphon is circulated in two phases circulating from the evaporation part to the condensation part so that the flow of the loop type heat siphon is stable in one direction only. 2 which circulates the diameter of the condensation return pipe 40, which is a single-phase liquid pipe flowing from the condenser 30, from the evaporator 10 where the heating unit 80 is located, to the condenser 30. The condensation return pipe 40 is configured to be smaller than the diameter of the upper loop pipe 20, and the condensation return pipe 40 introduced through the condensation unit 30 has a circulation flow rate into the condensation unit 30. It is characterized in that it is configured to form a condensation extension pipe line 50 is inserted and installed extended by a predetermined length so as not to interfere the circulating two-phase flow characteristics.
